Having trained as a professional athlete for a numbers of years I thought I knew everything I needed to know in terms of improving my athletic capabilities. However, once I began working with Cian I realised there were a number areas that I could improve on dramatically. From exercises where I was confident and strong, to exercises where I was a complete novice, Cians knowledge and attention to detail ensured that no stone went unturned in maximising my ability. Just as importantly, not only did I learn how to train certain areas of the body, but also why I needed to train them; and all of this was done in as welcoming and enjoyable an atmosphere as you could hope for. As well as this, Cian went out of his way to make sure I was doing everything I could on a daily basis to look and feel better in myself, from sleep to nutrition to knowing when to listen to the body and recover. I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made since working with Cian, and for as long as I’m training, I’ll be returning to his gym to work with him.
